Operations include abrasive belts, abrasive impregnated nylon web brushes, non-abrasive brushes and discs, and mops with automatic or manual compound application.

Applications range from deburring and denibbing without surface damage (even on plastic coated material), through grinding, linishing, sanding, keying, denibbing, flatting, weld preparation, weld dressing, surface blending, to brushing and cosmetic finishing, to gloss polishing.
